SHEARING & FORMING
Fifteen (15) press brakes
can handle up to 14 feet of material,
with a force of over 400 tons.
Five (5) shears can
cut 1/2 inch thick material with
a capacity up to 12 feet in length.
We have a 500 feet rail paint line system with a downdraft paint booth. We have the ability to chemically clean before beginning the painting process.
We have 4 plasma cutting tables that can hold up to 10 feet wide material with a capacity
of 40 feet in length.
We have a dedicated building to house our sand blasting department. We can SP6 to SP10 blast, based on the requested profile. Our equipment has a media recovery system. We do not use silica sand.
We have angle ring, pipe and channel rolling capability.
With a 200,000 square feet facility, we have ample room to assemble large units, as well as stage purchased equipment to go with our finished product.
INSULATED FOAM PANELS
Our panels are constructed from
rigid metal or other skin such as
stainless, embossed aluminum, galvanized, OSB, or other pre-finished material.
Our standard panel thickness is 2 inches, but we offer custom thicknesses between 1 inch to 6 inches, manufacturing panels up to 4 feet wide and over 14 feet in length. Panels are injected to ensure a void-free core for strength and performance. Weighing in at 1.5 lbs/sq.ft., manpower and equipment requirements are minimized onsite. Designed with a 2-inch thick polyurethane core, our panels have the same thermal characteristics as 4 inches of fiberglass. Our panels have been tested in accordance with ASTM E84 and meet SNAP 2021 requirements.
Our panel systems are joined together by no-thru metal extruded aluminum members, ensuring a thermal break between the inside and outside skins, as well as reinforcing the enclosure for high-pressure applications. They can also be joined by tongue & groove butt joints, flashing strips and trim angles that allow similar no-thru metal construction for low-pressure applications. All joints are sealed to be water and airtight, with sealant or industrial RTV silicone and are mechanically fastened per manufacturing instructions.
We manufacture foam panel doors, duct doors, marine access doors and standard access doors for use in multiple applications.
